Dr. Rori Alter, PT, PRSCC, SSC: [00:00:10] So in this episode of Ten Minute Tips, we're going to be addressing low back pain in the bench press. So this is an area in powerlifting where we or barbell strength training or just any type of barbell training where we see people might develop back pain, not necessarily that you will develop back pain, but this is a common thing that people get and there's many ways to address it.
