Weekly Barbell Coaching

  • Fully customized training program with weekly updates.

Monthly Barbell Coaching*

  • Customized training program written for your goals and reviewed every 4 weeks.

  • Video analysis provided in our private coaching group.

  • Programs include built-in modification guidelines so you can adjust on your own as needed based on your training response.

  • Perfect for experienced lifters who want expert oversight with flexibility.


Online Training Sessions

  • Train live via video with a PRS Clinical Coach.

  • Receive real-time feedback, technical corrections, and motivation—wherever you train.

Nutrition Coaching

  • Personalized nutrition strategies built around your training, lifestyle, and dietary history.

*Monthly coaching is not available while pregnant, for the first 12 weeks postpartum, if you are a new client joining us for the first time, or if you are a new client joining us within the first year postpartum.

In-Person Barbell Coaching Options

Located in Farmingdale, NY (steps from the LIRR and right off the LIE). In-person sessions in PA/NJ available by request.

Barbell Training Intensives

  • 90-120 minute private sessions focusing on learning or refining the 4 big lifts with expert instruction.

  • Tailored modifications for injuries or limitations.

  • Leave with confidence and a clear roadmap forward.

  • Best for lifters traveling from outside Nassau County, NY, who want an in-depth technique assessment.

  • Required as an introductory session for individuals seeking ongoing in-person training session, group training, or future technique sessions

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

  • 45–90 minute private training sessions focused on your goals.

  • Technique development, personalized program guidance, and injury-aware coaching.

  • Multi-session packages include a fully customized training plan.

Technique Sessions

  • Focused 60-minute sessions on a single lift.

  • Ideal for breaking through plateaus or adjusting around injuries.

Small Group Training

  • Train alongside 1–2 other lifters in a supportive environment.

  • Receive real-time coaching during warm-ups and working sets.
