Women who experience signs and symptoms of urinary incontinence often feel embarrassed, ashamed, alone, that something is wrong with them and don’t know where to go for help. This often leads to low motivation and never reaching their goals. The PRS physical therapists and coaches are uniquely equipped to help you understand how barbell training and incontinence go hand in hand and will help you overcome this large obstacle so you can overcome the embarrassment and fear associated with incontinence and surpass your strength goals that you thought were impossible because of this issue.

Initial consultation video call (45-60 min)
Analysis of your personal situation, program, lifting technique, and contributing factors to the incontinence you are experiencing
Depending on the outcome of the initial call, your PRS coach will:
Recommend some simple things that could make all the difference based on the initial call
Guide and direct you to the appropriate medical professional if the symptoms you are experiencing are beyond the scope of powerlifting
