The Programming Fundamentals course that guides you from beginner to programming savant in 12 weeks so you can confidently coach any lifter and take your career to the next level NOW.

You’ve contemplated taking your career to the next level. You enjoy working with active clients but also enjoy barbell training and have dabbled in a powerlifting meet, or two, or ten.

You know you can have a greater impact on your clients’ lives if you knew how to program the barbell lifts to optimize their strength, keep them motivated to train, help them improve their quality of life, and prepare them for some fun powerlifting meets.

You love working with strength athletes but know you can serve them better if you could critically evaluate their program, provide insight and recommendations for injury risk reduction, and seamlessly integrate them from rehab to sport-ready or beginner to the platform.

You’ve read a bunch a famous programming books, been following the pioneers in the industry and read 95% of their articles and blogs but you still struggle to know what’s best, when to use what, and how to integrate it all together for your clients’ best outcomes.

Aside from trial and error over many years, who do you turn to to check if you’re “doing it right?”

This thought process can paralyze you from ever taking the leap and developing the next phase of your career.

I’m going to share a little story with you.

In 2009 I was just like you. I was a personal trainer starting out in Physical Therapy school. I was introduced to the 5 main barbell lifts, by my then boyfriend and now husband, and KNEW that utilizing them with my training clients and future patients would have the biggest impact on their lives.

Fast forward to 2012 when I graduated from PT school (hello doctor :P), and competed in my first powerlifting meet. I read all the books, got the certifications, and started integrating barbell based strength training and powerlifting into my training and rehab sessions. Soon thereafter I had powerlifters knocking at my door when they were injured and people reaching out to me for online coaching.

Here’s the thing...while I had learned from many different schools of thought:

  1. No one could tell me which one was the best to use with a particular person. I knew deep down that there wasn’t ONE method that was right for everyone.

  2. With all this information, I had nothing to guide me to make specific programming decisions based on each individual client’s response.

I’ll be honest. It was hard in the beginning. I questioned my ability to help the athletes who were coming to me. I lacked experience and was fearful of programming “wrong,” but if I never tried, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

Through years of trial and error, interpreting the research, and working with thousands of clients all over the world, it started to come together.

With each client I became more and more confident in my abilities. I pieced together my own, complete coaching system to uniquely optimize my clients’ outcomes in the most efficient way possible while reducing the future injury risk...regardless of their level of wellness or athleticism.

Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to help a lot of coaches and physical therapists develop their programming knowledge and skills one-on-one to help grow their own businesses or help clients through PRS directly.

But I know there are so many more people out there, like you, who need this system.

Here’s What Others Are Saying…

“I have never had any formal education in the sport of powerlifting outside of Youtube videos, podcasts, and ebooks. Rori’s course was my first exposure to high level education regarding the sport. I took her course covering Barbell Technique and the course was like taking a human anatomy, biomechanics, and sports psychology class rolled into one...Her courses are worth every penny and you will not find anything like it! I highly recommend the PRS Blackboard to not only lifters but also coaches who want to better their craft.”

- Samantha Calhoun, USAPL 63kg National Champion

“Rori’s courses are well organized, easy to follow, dense with information, and useful to me as a lifter and coach.  Her course presentation is clear and understandable, starting with the basics of terminology (more important than you might think!) and progressing all the way to advanced application. This could be very dry stuff, but Rori makes it interesting and immediately accessible.  The knowledge I learned in her course has definitely helped me in my own lifting and coaching. Having Rori available to ask questions and being able to interact with other students in online discussion will add significant value.”

-Janet Loesel Sitar, CPU lifter, PRS online coaching client

“Her online course is the embodiment of all her years of learning wrapped into a pretty package with a bow on it. The best part is you will get to learn and work directly with her as you go through the course, which most other courses do not provide. If you want to learn from the best, then this is the place for you and it is worth every penny. I am lucky to call her a friend, mentor, and coach.”

-Weston Hirschauer, BS Kinesiology & Exercise Science, CSCS, USAPL lifter, PRS online coaching client

“Taking her course not only helped me clarify the mechanics in my own body, but also helped me expand my vocabulary to support and coach novice lifters in understanding the physics of the barbell movements from the beginning of their journey. I find Rori’s framework for explaining mechanics to be a very valuable reference point as a coach and an athlete.”

-Davi Cohen, USAPL Bench Press National Team, QueerTransStrengthNYC Coach, PRS in-person and online coaching and rehab client

“While seeking higher learning, I enrolled in one of Rori’s online courses. This classroom consisted of 10 weekly lectures that were very informative yet easy to digest. We covered everything from anatomy and physiology, to the breakdown of the big three; squat, bench, and deadlift. I was able to take this experience and apply it to my coaching clients. As soon as Rori announced another classroom type setting I immediately dropped her an email to sign me up. You don’t want to miss out on learning from one of the best in the game!”

-Joseph James, AS, USPA Coach, Competitive Powerlifter, Owner/Coach at Counteract Training, PT Assistant Student

“Rori does a great job at comparing different programming theories and providing rationale for decision making when developing programs for clients of all ability levels and backgrounds. Having the opportunity to consult with Rori one-on-one is a great way to receive feedback and advice on building programs for your clients and yourself.”

-Alyssa Haveson, DPT, CSCS, PRS Clinical Coach, USAPL National Team, 2-time IPF World Championship and 3-time Arnold Sports Festival competitor
