About Progressive Rehab & Strength
With over 38 years of combined experience, PRS has been providing barbell training, coaching, and programs to clients locally in NYC, Long Island, and Philadelphia, but also virtually through our online training programs.
Using a combination of expertise in physical therapy and strength training, Progressive Rehab & Strength coaches take an individualized approach for each client to help them train optimally, remain injury-free, and surpass every goal.
Coaches adjust programming to meet every athlete’s unique needs, recognize potential movement and programming issues, and make adjustments before those issues lead to injury. About Dr. Rori, PRS Founder and Head Clinical Coach
Hi, I'm Dr. Rori! I founded Progressive Rehab & Strength after seeing how traditional outpatient PT limited what people could achieve. Insurance restrictions, rushed appointments, and a lack of understanding around progressive overload kept clients from getting the care they needed. PRS was built to change that with simple, effective, strength-based physical therapy and coaching. The name and logo reflect our core belief that progressive overload, along with the connection between rehab, strength, and behavior change, create long-lasting results.
Every clinician at PRS is a physical therapist, a strength coach, and an athlete. We study the body, coach the body, and live in our own bodies as athletes. This combination allows us to see what others have missed and create individualized, biomechanically sound, active treatment plans that help clients return to life and sport stronger than before. Trust, attention to detail, individualism, professionalism, and community shape everything we do.
