PLEASE NOTE: Due to high demand, this is currently open only to PRS clients. These prices are for single lifters per session. If more than one PRS client is competing in the same meet and session, special rates may be offered.

Meet Day Handling Includes:

• In-Person support from 1 hour prior to start of the meet and until your last Deadlift

• Management of warm ups and platform logistics (designating warm up platform/rack, loading, unloading weights, telling you when to take your warm ups, when to hit the platform, entering attempt selection etc)

• Taking videos if situationally appropriate 

• Ensuring the best possible outcome for the day!
