PRS REHAB coaching

Too far to see a PRS doctor in person? 1-time and extended remote consultations are available to help you manage your injuries and training appropriately so you can continue to or return to training and competing as efficiently as possible without re-injury.

Through remote coaching, our PRS doctors work intimately with lifters for chronic, misdiagnosed and mistreated injuries. Athletes in the barbell sports are, more often than not, told that they can no longer perform a certain lift or need surgery because x,y,z is not working. Their goal is to fully assess you as a lifter, review your injury history, course of treatment thus far, analyze your lifting mechanics and posture and provide you with programming on a session to session basis instead of weekly or monthly in order to get you back to training and competition pain-free and stronger than before. This approach allows our team to work closely with athletes worldwide on a personalized, session to session basis.

Service Includes:
1) One hour Zoom Consultation whereby your PRS doctor fully assesses you as a lifter, reviews your injury history and course of treatment thus far, analyzes your lifting mechanics and posture and provides you with a well-rounded plan.

2) Four-weeks of personalized rehab programming sent out on a per session basis. Each session is assessed through video analysis and subjective email reports in order to determine the next training session's plan.

3) Follow-up calls (as needed) for during the length of your rehab coaching.

4) The PRS team will communicate with your rehab coach during the length of your program and will provide recommendation for you and your rehab coach upon returning to "full-play."

Need more than 4 weeks? Follow up rehab consultation plan is $450 for four more weeks (that’s only $112.50/week!).  Most remote PRS clients take 8-16 weeks for complete rehab. Our goal is to get you back to training and competition pain-free and stronger than before.

COST: $599 (1 HOUR PLUS 4 WEEKS OF PROGRAMMING & FOLLOW UP)

I think what I valued most was the personal approach for me, especially being extremely responsive and invested in my improvement.
