Using a combination of expertise in physical therapy and strength training, Progressive Rehab and Strength coaches take an individualized approach for each client to help them train optimally, remain injury-free, and surpass every goal.
Coaches adjust programming to meet every athlete’s unique needs, recognize potential movement and programming issues, and make adjustments before those issues lead to injury. Every PRS coach uses a hands-on, active approach to physical therapy, strength, and nutrition programming that yields proven results.
