USAPL Raw Nationals 2018 is happening the weekend of October 10th, 2018 in Spokane, Washington.
If your goal is to compete at a high level meet, we are here to help you compete successfully and support you every step of the way.
While it is a year away, there are a few milestones we need to reach to get you set up for a successful year leading up to Nationals.
Sign Up For A Local Meet:
In order to qualify for Nationals, you must compete in a USAPL sanctioned meet by September 2018.
For PRS lifters in the tristate NYC area, we suggest signing up for the USAPL South Brooklyn Weightlifting Club (SBWC) Spring Classic on April 28th 2018 and April 29th. It will sell out fast (even perhaps by month's end) so sign up NOW.
This meet will also allow us to work together as Rori will be handling lifters that weekend.

Determine Qualifying Totals:
Qualifying for Nationals 2018 is based on "qualifying totals" that you must hit at a meet prior to the registration deadline of 8/27/18 at midnight PST. You can find those totals (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) for your weight class below. While it may seem daunting, with proper planning, programming and discipline - we will work towards it!
We suggest registering for a spring meet and then if you don't qualify then, we'll discuss signing up for a July meet.
Also - if your previous meet history is less than the Qualifying Total, that doesn't rule you out! We can try and qualify.
Registrations for Raw Nationals is here. It is $150 until 7/1/18 at midnight PST and $175 until 8/27/18 at midnight PST.
For your convenience, PRS will have a block of rooms held for our team at the host hotel at the $129/night USAPL group rate. Once you qualify for Nationals, you can call and tell them you are booking a room under the "Rori Alter" group.
We will have a PRS Welcome Meet-Up, meet ups to watch teammates lift and also a PRS Team Dinner after the completion of the weekend!
