Barbell Training Intensive

  • One-on-one Session

  • If you’re new to barbell training, you’ll learn the four fundamental lifts for effective strength training

  • For athletes with physical limitations, your coach will tailor your intensive to ensure you leave with an understanding of how to train effectively for your unique situation

  • If you haven’t lifted weights in a while, you can get technique feedback on your lifts from one of the most reputable coaches in the industry


Barbell Group training

  • Two-hour sessions with as many as five lifters per session

  • Get feedback and adjustments on a regular basis

  • Train efficiently, effectively, and stay healthy, all while getting stronger and having fun!

  • Must complete a barbell intensive before joining group training


TECHNIQUE SESSION

  • For when you’ve been lifting solo and need to check your technique on a single lift

  • Perfect when you need just a single session with a private coach

  • PRS physical therapists conduct comprehensive, one-on-one physical therapy assessments and treatments for powerlifters, weightlifters, bodybuilders, CrossFit athletes, dancers, gymnasts and endurance athletes. 

  • The evaluation process continues every therapy session, allowing further diagnosis and improved treatment on a regular basis.
